Delivery by city
Comfortable terms of delivery and payment
1. We work on a full prepayment basis, there is currently no cash on delivery. Your order must be paid before shipment
2. After placing an order on the website, the manager will contact you (on Instagram) and send you your invoice and payment details.
3. After payment for the goods, the order will be sent on the same day or the next day. We send orders every day after 17:00.
4. Personal selection of orders. At the moment, we work only online, you can place your order on our website, specify the city, choose the delivery function "Personal selection", after which we will contact you, send you your invoice and specify the date and time of personal selection. Payment for personal selection is possible in cash and by money transfer.
5. Return/exchange of goods is possible within 14 days (except for drill bits and tools, and only for goods that have not been opened and have not lost their presentation).
6. We discuss cases of defects individually with the client.
7. If your city is not in the list of proposed ones - choose pickup delivery and write the exact delivery address in the comments.
